We'll keep it simple as we know most people don't actually read all the terms and conditions. Most of it is common knowledge & courtesy really :)
When making a booking for massage, you are fully aware that it is a mobile service. This means that a therapist will visit your home, accommodation or workplace. When entering your premises, your therapist will treat you and your belongings with the utmost of respect and care and will expect the same in return. All our therapists follow strict industry code of ethics and guidelines at all times.
Your Massage Therapist/s
Careen is the main therapist, but if you are being treated by another therapist/s, we will advise you at the time of your booking. Treatments for 2-3 people are performed one after the other by 1 therapist.
This is a Strictly Therapeutic Service
Underpants are to be worn at all times. Any request for sensual/sexual/happy ending massage or inappropriate behaviour will result in a termination of your treatment without refund, and reported to authorities if needed. 99% of you understand that massage therapy is a part of the therapeutic health industry, but if you are that 1%, please seek other services.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life gets crazy, so if you need to cancel your appointment that is totally understandable. We will encourage you to reschedule at another convenient time. If payment has been made, a full refund will be given if you cannot reschedule.
All displayed prices are current from July 2015 and may be subject to slight increases as we move with the times. Any changes will be upgraded on the website before they are put in to practise.
Prices are for areas roughly 30 kms from Yandina. Additional travel fees for further areas. Some locations on the Sunshine Coast may not be serviceable, please contact us to find out.
Your client form and any of your personal details are kept completely confidential & secure.
Massage therapy has so many benefits & can help with a long list of health problems, but we can not claim or guarantee to cure your problem.
Receiving massage therapy can stir up toxins already existing in the body. After a massage, there is a slight chance that you may feel a bit sore, tired, have flu like symptoms or even have certain emotions arise. Please be aware that this is completely normal and part of the detox & healing phase. Increase your water intake and these symptoms should disappear in a day or two. If you have any symptoms that concern you, please let us know.
We should advise you that there is a huge chance you will feel way too relaxed to do any of those chores that you had planned to do beforehand, so try not to plan too much and enjoy that feeling while it lasts. :)
Please let your therapist know if you are on any medication, had any recent injuries or illnesses or anything else that we should be aware of.
If you have a serious medical condition, have just undergone surgery or are receiving other treatment, a doctor's written permission may be required before receiving massage therapy. If you have any concerns please seek medical advice.
That's about it. Thanks for reading to the end. We look forward to helping you with your health and wellbeing.
